Air Duct Cleaning in Miami & South Florida

In South Florida the AC runs almost all year. Every hour it runs, dust, pollen, pet hair and moisture move through your ducts. We clean the whole system so the air coming out of your vents is cleaner.

What's included

  • Every supply line and supply vent in the home
  • Return lines, return grilles and the return plenum
  • The area around the air handler
  • Registers and grilles removed and cleaned
  • Before and after photos of the inside of your ducts

How we clean your ducts

We connect a negative-pressure vacuum to the system so loosened dust is pulled out of the house instead of blowing into your rooms. Then we run rotary brushes and air whips through each line, working from the vents back toward the air handler. When we finish, we show you the after photos next to the before photos.

Why it matters in Florida

Florida homes run the air conditioning far more of the year than homes up north. More airflow carries more dust into the ducts, and humid air helps that buildup stick to the inside walls. In homes with pets, allergies or recent renovation, the buildup comes back faster.

FAQ

Air Duct Cleaning questions

How often should air ducts be cleaned?

Every 3–5 years is a common guideline. Homes with pets, allergies, recent renovation or heavy AC use may need it sooner.

How long does air duct cleaning take?

Usually 2–4 hours, depending on the size of the home and the number of vents.

Will it make a mess?

No. The negative-pressure vacuum keeps the dust inside the ductwork and pulls it out of the house. We cover the work area and clean up before we leave.
